Stereotypically, it is not a good thing when your dentist and the entire staff know you by name; with all of you, it has been a pleasure. On your web site you state “dentistry is about more than how we treat your teeth; it’s about how we treat you.” This is an accurate description of your organization. Keep up what you are doing. The greeting as you enter and telling the patient you will be right with them is so important. You all do this and it puts the patient at ease. I’m not stressed out coming to your office, but a lot of people detest the dentist and they need all the comfort you can provide.

Nick Leber – his gentleness, expert use of micro needles, thorough explanations, truthfulness and patience – got me over my (well founded) fear of dentists almost twenty years ago. Even though we don’t have dental insurance and therefore have to pay everything out-of-pocket, I would never consider using another dentist, ever. He also consistently surrounds himself with friendly, supportive, knowledgeable staff that make a point of remembering you, the patient.
